All efforts are made to insure the live stream is as close to real time as possible, however factors beyond our control, particularly each customers internet connection can adversely affect the experience. If you suspect there is high latency or frequent loss of connection, it's safest not to bid at all, as all sales are final.
Bidding on your own cattle to drive up the price is not permitted, we can see who is placing bids and who the cattle belong to from lot to lot.
When many bids are simultaneously placed, each bid is taken which means you could be up 3-4 bids higher than when you initally placed the bid. If your bid is passed over, you will need to rebid.

Sometimes even if you have line of sight, the distance or type of internet connection can cause
poor video quality and cut outs. If you are using satellite internet, "EDGE"/"GPRS" mobile
services or ADSL2 in very remote areas it may not be possible to participate.
Specifically satellite internet connections introduce latency of 1-1.5 seconds in both
directions, meaning you will always be 2 seconds behind the sale.
We only support modern, up to date browsers on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS. If you are
using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge the video stream is unlikely to work.
